As Jon suggested, check your locks to see if you have a Graphic Group Lock turned On.(Settings Locks) It is affecting all of the items selected (shown in purple). It looks like they are all individual items but that are grouped in some way and it looks like you have the Graphic Group Lock turned On. If you turn it off they should react separately.
