It appears to be a corrupted PSET. I haven't seen that before. If you rename the .PSET file to .PSET.ZIP, can you open it in Windows Explorer? Have you tried deleting the file from the local PW working directory and copying it out again? Perhaps it was the victim of a network glitch? Are you and your colleague using the same 8-digit version of MicroStation? PSETs are designed to be opened and saved by different MicroStation generations, so using different versions shouldn't be a problem. But I'd like to know for informational purposes. There is no existing recovery mechanism for damaged PSET files, where the interior parts are no longer well-formed XML. Outside of file write errors, I didn't think that was possible. If you'll post the PSET or send it to me directly, I'll take a look at it.
