Greetings! I am a CADD manager trying to install Microstation SS3 using an Administrator account without internet access. To install previous versions of SS3, I could run a single executable file with no internet access and that file contained everything needed to install SS3. Lately, however, I've been getting 'download failed' errors for VBA components and the Visualization content (screenshots below). Either the installation file no longer contains everything and is trying to go to the internet to download the rest or there's something else wrong. Has anyone else had this issue? Any known fixes? Thanks!
