I have a VB app that generates a QR code from text I select in a drawing. It places a raster QR image on the clipboard and I then pastes it into the drawing. I use paste special, "Device independent bitmap to design file", so as not to dynamically scale it. The image size seems to be fixed to screen pixels or something like that, as the size in the drawing changes depending on how far in or out I am zoomed. How is the size of the raster determined when pasted like this? Can it be controlled? I want the same size raster image to paste the same size in the drawing, each time, regardless of zoom. I changed the MS_RASTER_DEFAULTSCALE to various values, it didn't change a thing.
