Can you post a picture of what you want to achieve as acad speak is not the same as microstation speak.. If for example you want a call out note with arrow leader, then this is the place note command in mstn and it has a dim style that can be set and saved in your dgnlibs file so it will always be available, then you can assign a script ( commands strung together with semicolons look up help under action strings) sand assign that to a customised Function key or F key to execute your command string... this is one of the best features in msnt customisation of things you do often... The settings for a place note have use the arrow and filled, not filled , size, colour etc and what font to use... this best saved as mentioned as nominated dimstyle and added to a dgnlib file that is defined in your workspace... sounds hard but its easy and its so cad can find it when you need it without browsing... Bearing and distance of a line is a dimension feature under Label Line ( see help under label line) and it measures a line and only places text above , below etc , I have seen people copy offset a line and change it to a custom line to place arrows at both ends and use the label line to put bearing and distance .. somebody made a macro for this awhile ago do a search.. For curve data label you need to use inroads or search for a macro I shared here a while ago scroll down to my post and you'll see the layout of curve with full annotations and the macro to download and copy of the pdf etc it will label the curve with degree of curvature, radius, length of arc, tangent length, delta angle , external height above the cord to the IP of the tangents I also had a pdf that gave you the equations to calculate this and a excel spread sheet to do the same thing without cad or to check cad. I used this because I don't usually have access to inroads ...
