Welcome to the visualization forum Tom! If I understand you're question, you're trying to make a photo montage. Like David said, the Photomatch tool is definitely the function you need. If you render you're model with the Luxology Render Engine ( the standard render tool in MicroStation) you can also render some layers which can be very valuable in Post-processing. So if the object you want to montage into an image is not 100 percent aligned, it sometimes costs less time to correct this in Photoshop then in MicroStation. I use PS in 9 of 10 photo montages (and all my other renders). After the render, you can save the layers as psd and open it directly in Photoshop. An other tip when making montages, use shadow catcher materials (in the past there where some articles post on this forum where this was explained). Regards Louis
