Forum Post: [Ss4] Turn Level Off by Element in DWG Viewport

I actually need to save DGN to DWG. The file is setup with a design model and a sheet model named Layout 1 and the design model has reference files and it is referenced into the Layout 1 sheet with a reference file named Viewport 1. When I save as DWG, many of the levels on and off in the Viewport do not stay on and off as they were in the dgn file. So, after the fact, I am trying to turn them off and on. But I run into these issues: The level off by element tool does not want to work on the viewport as it treats the reference file as an element. Turning off the treat as element allows me to use the tool, but after I am done, the levels reset when the file is saved. Off by element should allow you to tun off levels even if the reference file is set to treat as element - it does allow you to turn off cell levels so it should work like that for reference files. We need line style scales and annotation scales to work across the DWG DGN world in a similar manner: We need LTSCALE, MSLTSACE and PSLTSCALE to function in a DWG file in DWG mode. That's enough for now.
